Mr. Pisarski is a political analyst, foreign and security policy media commentator, lecturer and social entrepreneur. He is founder and President of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation.
CHAIRWOMAN OF THE FOUNDATION COUNCIL
Prof. Katarzyna Pisarska is one of the four co-founders of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation and since 2005 serves as Chairwoman of the Foundation Council. Between 2015-2020, she was the Program Director of CFP’s flagshig event – the Warsaw Security Forum, and since 2021 she serves as Co-Chair of the event.
Political scientist and diplomat. Member of editing staff of "Sprawy Polityczne" and "Nowe Sprawy Polityczne" magazines, cooperating with "Polityka" and Rambler Publishing House.
Doctor at the faculty of Political Science at UMK (Nicolaus Copernicus University) in Toruń. Former intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at Polish Embassy in Washington, D.C.
Ukrainian studies specialist and Ph.D. in cultural anthropology, coach. Working for the „Znak” Foundation as well as the „ObywatelskaPerspektywa” Foundation.
Reuben F. Johnson is a veteran with over twenty years of experience in analysing and writing about defence technology, weapon systems, and procurement networks.
Analyst of the Security and Defence Programme. A graduate of Economics and International Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. Co-author and editor of the CPF's reports.

Kamil Łukasz Mazurek is a graduate of the Institute of Political Science and PhD studies at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw.
Doctor of Humanities, graduated from the Faculty of International Studies and Political Science at the University of Łodź. Lecturer at the University of John Paul II in Cracow.
Deputy Director of the Human Resources Development Centre, graduated from School of Business and Administration in Warsaw (specialisation: Administration).
Lecturer at the Faculty of International Information at Lviv Polytechnic National University, consultant of the European Integration Committee to the Ukrainian Parliament.
