Internatational cooperation in cybersecurity – Roundtable with Iddo Moed, the Director of Cyber Security at the Ministry of Foreign affairs in Israel

Today on May 9th,  the Casimir Pulaski Foundation hosted a round table discussion pertaining to cyber security and Israel specifically, the Foundation welcomed Ruth Cohen-Dar, the deputy ambassador of Israel to Poland and Iddo Moed, the director of cybersecurity at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Israel. TRISEMINAR: The future of submarines in the Polish Navy, part 2

Former Chief of the Foreign Intelligence Agency of Poland Grzegorz Małecki became an expert of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation

We are pleased to inform that Grzegorz Małecki the chief of the Foreign Intelligence Agency of Poland (2016) joined Pulaski Foundation as one of its experts. In 1991 Grzegorz Małecki became a graduate at Department of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences at University of Wrocław. The same year he started his service in UOP where he ended his commander course in Central Training Centre UOP in Łódź. Border traffic and deficiencies in infrastructure are the main obstacles for economic cooperation between Poland and Ukraine – Industrial Defence & Energy Summit came to an end

“Obstacles on Polish-Ukrainian border and lack of appropriate logistic base are making cooperation between both states difficult” – noticed Secretary of State Jerzy Kwieciński at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Poland during the “Industrial Defence & Energy Summit. New technologies as the key element of economic cooperation between Poland and Ukraine. Signing of the “Memorandum of Cooperation” during “Industrial Defence & Energy Summit. Europe meets Ukraine 2017”.

During the Summit a “Memorandum of Cooperation” was signed between Ukrainian and Polish companies on development and production of new technologies in aerospace industry. One of the sides of the agreement is  a company Wyspa Kaszuby RT +90 Sp. Z o.o. engaged in building the third largest radio telescope (RT90+) in Bory Tucholskie. Pulaski Foundation’s seminar ‘Poland in UN peacekeeping missions’ in Veteran’s Centre

On March 30th in the Center for Foreign Mission Veterans took place expert seminar ‘Poland in UN peacekeeping missions’ organized by the Casimir Pulaski Foundation. Foreign fighters and threat of using weapons of mass destruction by terrorists: the main points of discussion with Guy Collyer

On March 31st Pulaski Foundation organized a seminar concerning potential threats from foreign fighters and terrorist organizations with Guy Collyerthe, head of the INTERPOL BioTerrorism Prevention Unit. In his presentation Guy Collyer discussed threats arising from engagement of European volunteers in ISIS units and presented studies conducted in Great Britain about factors that determine why previously indoctrinated people decide to organize attacks, most often suicidal. A significant danger coming from terrorists’ determination to obtain weapon of mass destruction. So far the security debate concerned mainly around chemicals weapons, in some way leaving out the usage of biological weapon. Chairman Michał Jach confirmed his participation in Industrial Defense & Energy Summit. Europe meets Ukraine 2017

We are pleased to announce that the Chairman of Parliament’s National Defense Committee Michał Jach will participate in ‘Industrial Defense and Energy Summit. Europe meets Ukraine 2017’ on April 20th. Committee’s main focus is placed on the state’s defense, especially concerning operations of Polish Armed Forces, functioning of Territorial Guard and civil defense, fulfilling duties in strengthening the system of defense by state as well as state enterprises, cooperative and social organizations and by the citizens, and matters of industrial defense plants.
