An expert in geopolitics, strategy, modern warfare and naval warfare. Expert of the Jagiellonian Club Analysis Center and Senior Fellow at the Potomac Foundation in Washington. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, attorney at law. He permanently cooperates with the “Nowa Konfederacja” monthly, is a member of the Shipbuilding Council in Gdynia, and was a co-founder of the National Center for Strategic Studies. At the Potomac Foundation, he deals with geopolitics, security and armed conflicts.

His areas of expertise include US defense policy, geopolitical rivalry between modern superpowers, and security issues in the Western Pacific and Eurasia.
