International foresight, technology and communications consultant (private and public sector), journalist (authored a few hundred articles for “Wprost” weekly), academic researcher of civilizations and TEDx speaker. He holds PhD from Jagiellonian University (civilizational complexity) and he graduated from London School of Economics (Philosophy of Science), Maastricht University (ESST: Governance and Cultures of Innovation) as well as Tischner European University (International Relations); he also attended postgrad courses at Notre Dame University.
He authored reports for the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and participated in prognostic projects financed by the European Commission. In 2008 he served as international observer at UN Commission of Social Development in New York.
Laureate of journalist contests and commentator on international affairs in Polish and international media.
He published inter alia: „State Power Index” (2017, 2018), „Cities in the Neomedieval Era” (2016), an anthology that develops neomedievalism as a tool for prognostics, „Nadchodzi nowy proletariat”, a monograph on Arnold Toynbee’s civilization theory (2012), and report for Polish Foreign Ministry.
