Reserve Colonel. He participated in the implementation and secured the operation of F-16 aircraft in the Polish Armed Forces under intergovernmental agreements in the area of logistics.

In the years 2004 – 2007 he was responsible for the organization of the aviation and technical supply systems for the newly acquired F-16 aircraft within the Air Force Command. He participated in the direct preparation of air bases for the reception of F-16 aircraft.

In the years 2008-2012, in the Office of the Plenipotentiary of the Ministry of National Defense – Director of the Implementation Program for the Equipment of the Polish Armed Forces of the Multi-Role Aircraft, he was responsible for the area of logistics security under the so-called F-16 program using Foreign Military Sales contracts. He co-negotiated with agencies of the US Government a package of contracts for further support for the operation of F-16 aircraft in the years 2009 – 2012 and was responsible for its implementation in Poland.
