Career diplomat, former Ambassador, and Doctor of Humanities (specialised in International Relations). The main area of his research concerns the international aspects of social organisation and public sector activity. Representative of the Republic of Poland during various conferences, e.g. Association of Head of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), the Council of the Arab League, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OCI) and the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) summits. Former Director of the Cabinet of Minister of State, former Director of the Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, former Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Republic of Senegal, the Republic of Mali, the Republic of Guinea and the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. Representative of the President of Poland in the Foreign Affairs Commission in Parliament from 1989 till 1991. Awarded numerous distinctions, such as Grand-Officier de l’Ordre Nation du Lion. Former lecturer at Warsaw School of Economics. Currently prorector at the School of Communication and Social Media in Warsaw and lecturer at the Academy of Finance.
