Holds a postdoctoral degree in political science, area of specialization: international relations. Professor at the Jan Kochanowski University in the Law and Social Sciences Department, University lecturer with years of experience.

Holds a postdoctoral degree in political science, area of specialization: international relations. Until 2016 he worked for the Institute of International Relations at the University of Wroclaw. Since 2016 he is a professor at the Jan Kochanowski University in the Law and Social Sciences Department, where he acts as an Associate Dean for International Cooperation and Education. University lecturer with years of experience. In the years 2016 – 2020 he was an expert at the Polish Accreditation Committee, an institution responsible for the quality of higher education in Poland. Author of many scientific publications (including monographs) on the subjects of: NATO, European Armaments Policy, Defense Policies of Denmark and Norway, expeditionary actions of the Danish Military Forces. His areas of expertise and research include Military Security of Northern Europe and Defense Policies of the Nordic countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden. He works closely with Scandinavian universities and research institutes. He completed several didactic and research visits to Scandinavian Universities, including: University of Oslo, University of Aalborg, Mid Sweden university, University of Helsinki.
