Dominika Nowaczewska

A third-year American Studies student at the University of Warsaw, currently working on her bachelor’s thesis examining how the political affiliation of a U.S. president influences the socio-political activities of the First Lady. She is a member of the Forum of Young Diplomats, where she develops her interests in foreign policy, international relations, and diplomacy. Within the Forum, she has organized events such as a meeting with Ambassador Ryszard Schnepf and moderated a panel during the conference “Women in Diplomacy – past, present and the future.” She is a laureate of the HerStory mentoring program by the Girls Future Ready Foundation, where, under the guidance of Aleksandra Gajewska, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Policy, she conducted research on the social engagement of young women in Warsaw. She is also a member of the Human Rights and Humanitarian Crises Scientific Association and the OffSchool Foundation, where she works on initiatives promoting intergenerational dialogue. She regularly participates in conferences and events related to both foreign and domestic policy, such as ImpACT ’24 and Campus Polska Przyszłości. Her areas of interest include U.S. foreign and domestic policy, the role of women in politics, and the challenges of contemporary diplomacy.
