Andrzej Fałkowski

Dr. Andrzej Fałkowski, Lieutenant General (Ret.), specializes in consulting for the public sector, and also advises companies in the defence industry.

He specializes in issues related to the broadly understood national defence, a specialist in the field of public finances and defence economics as well as defence resources, logistics also strategic planner, expert in NATO, EU and international security policy.

He gained experience and practice over 40 years of professional military service, including 14 years abroad in NATO and the USA. He held many official positions. He began his service in the Navy. He was also Deputy Director of the Economic Department of the Ministry of National Defence (1996-1998), Counsellor at the Polish Representation to NATO and the Western European Union (WEU) in Brussels (1998- 2003). In the General Staff of the Polish Army, he served as the deputy head of the General Directorate for Strategic Planning P-5 (2003-2006). He was also the director of the Budget Department of the Ministry of National Defence (2003-2008). He then returned to NATO as Deputy Director of the NATO International Military Staff for Logistics and Resources in Brussels (2008-2011). He also served as the Defence, Military, Naval and Air Attaché in the US in Washington D.C. (2011-2013), then Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces (2013-2014), and afterwards as the Polish Military Representative to the NATO and EU Military Committees in Brussels (2014-2018).
