About the Program
The internship and volunteer program at the Kazimierz Pułaski Foundation is designed for young people who want to make a real impact on the future of international security, develop their skills, and work within one of Poland’s most dynamic think tanks.
The program is aimed at students and recent graduates interested in international politics, global challenges, energy, state resilience, and contemporary security threats. If you want to gain meaningful experience — this is the right place for you.

How the program works
The “Leaders in Security” program is more than just a volunteer opportunity — it is daily work at the heart of a think tank. From day one, you become part of the Foundation’s team, contributing to real projects, analyses, and international events.
Your daily activities may include:
- Event support – assisting with large conferences such as the Warsaw Security Forum, as well as smaller expert meetings.
- Analytical support – preparing briefs, reports, and materials for experts and the Foundation’s partners.
- Networking – attending meetings with decision-makers, foreign organizations, and public institutions.
- Skills development – participating in training, workshops, and mentoring to gain skills in international collaboration, project management, and critical thinking.
- Developing your own initiatives – your ideas can become part of the Foundation’s activities, giving you the opportunity to lead them from concept to implementation.
When and how
- The program lasts 3 months and takes place throughout the year — from January to December.
- It is flexible and can be adapted to your study schedule and availability. You can participate in selected projects and attend meetings both online and in person at the Foundation’s office.
