He specializes in advising the public sector on legal issues related to aviation, defence and space technology, as well as broadly understood defense and state security, purchases of military equipment and weapon systems. In addition, he conducts offset negotiations (technology transfer).

He gained experience and practice during several years of work in the Legal Department of the Armament Inspectorate of the Ministry of National Defense, where he specialized in projects related to economic defense potential.

He cooperated with the Office for Offset Agreements of the Ministry of National Defense and the Department of Offset Programs of the Ministry of Economy.

During his professional career, he participated in international offset negotiations with representatives of the largest companies related to the defense sector and represented the position of the Republic of Poland during meetings with the European Commission. He participated in the creation of the White Paper on Defense G2G.
