International forecasting and communication consultant, author of the “State Power Index”, journalist, civilization researcher. A graduate of, among others London School of Economics and Maastricht University. Member of the International Society for the Comparative Study of Civilizations.

Consultant for international forecasting, technology and communication (public and private sector), journalist (author of several hundred press articles in the weekly “Wprost”), researcher in the evolution of civilization and author of TEDx lectures. Doctor of philosophy (civilizational complexity) of the Jagiellonian University, he also graduated from the London School of Economics (philosophy of science), Maastricht University (sociology), the European University (international relations) and studied at Notre Dame University.

Author of reports for the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and participant in forecasting projects financed by the European Commission. In 2008, an international observer of the UN Commission for Social Development in New York.

Winner of journalistic competitions and commentator on international affairs in Polish and foreign media.

He published, among others

  • State Power Index (2017, 2018);
  • the anthology Cities in the New Middle Ages, which develops neo-medievalism as a prognostic tool;
  • the monograph A New Proletariat is Coming on Arnold Toynbee’s Theory of Civilization (2012);
  • reports for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
