He has several years of professional experience in public relations, public affairs, and public diplomacy, gained through collaboration with non-governmental organizations, global technology brands, public administration, and EU institutions.

Jarosław holds degrees in International Economy & Business and European Studies from the University of Wrocław. He completed his master’s degree in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance at the University of Padua, as well as the Executive Diploma in the Art of Diplomacy program at the European Academy of Diplomacy.

He is a former chair of the Wrocław representation office of the Forum of Young Diplomats and later served as vice-chair of the organization’s board.

His professional and analytical interests focus on diplomacy and international relations – particularly European integration, the geopolitics of Central and Eastern Europe, and the socio-political impact of new technologies.
