The Casimir Pulaski Foundation has currently reached the best developmental position in its history. The organization’s team consists of educated professionals with many years of experience in the NGO and business sectors. Over the past few years, the team has grown significantly, evolving from project teams to a permanent foundation staff. Additionally, FKP collaborates with around 50 experts in the fields of security and international policy and actively runs an internship and training program that is popular among students and graduates.

The sources of funding — apart from grants, which accounted for 75% of FKP’s revenue in 2022 — also include business partnerships. These mainly involve sponsoring the Warsaw Security Forum. In 2023, the Foundation conducted an analysis which identified the need for growth in the business sector and the establishment of new, strategic relationships as opportunities for further development. Our goal is for these partnerships to include not only sponsorship but also long-term financial engagement, fostering the achievement of FKP’s mission objectives through the institutional development of the organization.
