The Casimir Pulaski Foundation, in cooperation with the Embassy of Sweden in Poland and Business Sweden, invites you to the Baltic Sea Security Talks: Strengthening the Swedish-Polish Strategic Partnership – a high-level forum dedicated to the security of the Baltic Sea region and Polish-Swedish cooperation in the field of defence.

The event will take place on 12 March 2026, from 12:00 to 18:00, at Teatr Wybrzeże in Gdańsk, on the occasion of the official state visit of Their Majesties the King and Queen of Sweden to Poland.

The forum will bring together representatives of the governments of Poland and Sweden, security leaders, experts, and representatives of the industrial sectors of both countries. The programme will feature high-level speeches and panel discussions devoted to the role of Poland and Sweden in the European security architecture and to the development of bilateral defence cooperation.

The event will feature the participation of high-level guests, among others:

  • His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf
  • Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Poland
  • Pål Jonson, Minister for Defence of Sweden
  • Maria Malmer Stenergard, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden
  • Marcin Przydacz, Head of the International Policy Bureau at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland

The Forum aligns with one of the key advocacy priorities of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation for 2026 – the development of the Nordic-Baltic-Black Sea format as an operational axis of regional cooperation. In this context, the Baltic Sea Security Talks provide a platform for dialogue supporting the coordination of regional policies and the advancement of initiatives strengthening the strategic resilience of Central and Northern Europe, with particular emphasis on the Baltic Sea basin.

We warmly invite you to take part in the Forum.
