A former soldier, a graduate of the WSO WŁ in Zegrze, he served as a platoon and company commander in the battalion and brigade headquarters – 21BSP in Rzeszów. Participant of the UN mission on the Golan Heights 1997-8 (commander of post No. 60) and the Coalition Forces in Iraq 2005-6 as Battle Captain. Historian – master’s studies at the AON, doctoral studies at the Jagiellonian University with a thesis on political propaganda using the name of Caesar during the power struggle during the second triumvirate. Author of four books and many scientific and popular science articles as well as op-eds in World-outline portals and Diplomacy Post. Hoover Institution Scholar at Stanford University. Teacher at the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów, head of the Department of Internal Security, Director of the Institute for National Security Research and coordinator of the Center for Conflict Resolution prof. Zimbardo. Certified trainer in the Heroic Imagination Project prof. Zimbardo.
