Historian – master’s studies at the AON, doctoral studies at the Jagiellonian University with a thesis on political propaganda using the name of Caesar during the power struggle during the second triumvirate. Author of four books and many scientific and popular science articles as well as op-eds in World-outline portals and Diplomacy Post. Hoover Institution Scholar at Stanford University.
