Dr. hab. Agnieszka Szczygielska is a Professor at the War Studies University (Akademia Sztuki Wojennej), Poland. Her research focuses on cognitive warfare, cognitive resilience, multi-domain operations, and knowledge management within the national security system. Her research focuses on the impact of cognitive operations, disinformation, and new technologies on the contemporary security environment.

She is the author of scientific publications and the editor of monographs devoted to security studies, cognitive warfare, and multi-domain operations. She leads research projects conducted at the War Studies University, serves on scientific committees of national and international conferences, and regularly participates as a speaker and expert in conferences, debates, and panel discussions dedicated to security and defence issues. She reviews scientific articles, monographs, as well as doctoral dissertations and habilitation proceedings. She actively collaborates with academic institutions and the broader security community, participating in scientific councils, conference scientific committees, and expert advisory bodies.
