Aleksander is a co-author of the formula for the National Industrial Security Club (KPBN) and the general executor of the FKP Board’s resolution of May 2024 regarding the establishment and organization of KPBN.

He was the leader of technological and organizational transformations in, among others, PKO Bank Polski, Polish Airlines LOT, PKP Cargo, Santander; KIR; Eurobank (Millenium); Polish Insurance Chamber (PIU); Jeronimo Martins (PT, PL); Lerloy Merlin, Castorama, Kompania Piwowarska SA; T-Mobile, Siemens, TVN, TVP.

Managed digital transformation teams in public administration and non-governmental organizations, including, among others, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the Ministry of Economy, the Polish Federation of Food Producers, the National Clearing House (KIR), the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.

Between 2000-21, he was an expert on the Polish Parliamentary Extraordinary Commission on Public Information Law for Citizens preparing the Act on Access to Public Information. Co-author of the concept and assumptions for the operation of the Public Information Bulletin (BIP).

Author of the first book in Poland on Digital Workplace – Intranet Portals (2011). Initiator, co-author, and methodologist of market research and sectoral reports, such as: The first Polish Survey of the Combined Defense and Resilience Sectors (2024-25), The State of Digital Communication of Polish Enterprises (Gdańsk University of Technology 2009-11), Intranet and Law (2013 DZP and Kolibro), The First Polish Survey of Cost Invoice Circulation (2010).

Happy husband of Anna and father of Samuel.
