Long-time member of staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ consular service.

Specializations: DIASPORA POLICY, COLLABORATION WITH POLISH DISTRIBUTION AND POLES AROUND THE WORLD, MIGRATION, MIGRANT RIGHTS IN THE EU, INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION, and CITIZENS’ RIGHTS IN A CROSS-BORDER CONTEXT

Long-time member of staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ consular service. a trained attorney with a focus on international law. He earned his law degree at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toru and, thanks to a Socrates/Erasmus scholarship, he also finished a year of legal studies at the University of Utrecht. In Germany and the Netherlands, he took part in a variety of training and courses in international law and human rights. He participated in the famous Hague Academy of International Law’s summer session. For the last 10 years he has been a consul at the foreign missions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Toronto and Dublin. As part of his duties, he organized official state visits, participated in international events, coordinated the promotion of Polish culture, cooperated with Polish diaspora organizations, and provided support to Polish citizens as part of consular protection.

He is interested in topics related to the movement of people in the international dimension and issues related to diaspora policy.
