A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of “Finance and Accounting”, he also completed postgraduate studies on “Innovative Economy. The role of economic policy”. Doctoral student at the Doctoral School of the University of Warsaw within the discipline of “political science and administration”. He gained professional experience in private sector consulting companies, non-governmental organizations and public administration – the National Bank of Poland and the National Center for Research and Development. His main interests focus on the concept of the power of states in international relations and technological development.
