Maciej Dachowski
Director of the Foreign Policy and European Integration Program

I am a senior international affairs professional with over 18 years of experience across diplomacy, multilateral organisations, and policy-focused institutions, specialising in foreign policy, European integration, security, and regional cooperation. I currently serve as Program Director of the Foreign Policy and European Integration Programme at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, where I lead strategic programme development, policy research, and high-level engagement on European and transatlantic affairs, security policy, and international cooperation. Previously, I held senior political and programme leadership roles within international organisations, including the United Nations, the European External Action Service, and the OSCE. My professional background includes serving as Deputy Head at the Polish Embassy in Georgia, working on EU foreign policy in Armenia, and leading the Politico-Military Unit at the OSCE Centre in Kyrgyzstan, with responsibility for a substantial portfolio covering security sector reform, counter-terrorism, and regional cooperation initiatives. I have extensive experience designing and managing complex international programmes, coordinating multi-stakeholder processes, and translating political analysis into operational policy outcomes across Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. I am fluent in English and Russian, with working knowledge of Arabic. I hold a Master’s degree in International Relations from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
