Jessica Maksimov

Jessica Maksimov earned her B.A. from Georgetown University in 2021, with one semester abroad at the Complutense University of Madrid. Following graduation, she spent a year teaching at the North American Language and Culture Assistants Program in Madrid, Spain. She is now completing the second year of her Master in Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies at Georgetown University. Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant for Our Secure Future and the Georgetown Center for Security Studies. Jessica Maksimov completed a Responsible Artificial Intelligence Network Fellowship in the Fall of 2024 and is currently pursuing independent research at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation. Her research areas include emerging technologies, disinformation, and cybersecurity.
