Szymon Płoński – Vice-President of the Lower Silesian Hydrogen Valley Association and energy transition expert of the Kazimierz Pułaski Foundation. Business Analyst and Project Manager. Worked for the Industrial Development Agency S.A. for 5 years, passing all career levels from expert to Director of the Energy Transition Office. Certified expert in hydrogen technology. Member of the Baltic Sea Hydrogen Valley consortium – the largest hydrogen valley in the Baltic Sea region.

Worked with most hydrogen valleys in Poland, providing strategic advice on development models. At IDA he was responsible for the group’s energy transition plan and the creation of the Hydrogen Valley innovation ecosystem in Poland. Coordinator of Working Group No. 5 – Financing Systems at the Ministry of Climate and Environment.

During his career he has worked on projects in the field of logistics, BIG DATA and e-commerce. Graduated from the University of Wroclaw. Currently studying MBA Energy and Digital Transformation at the Silesian University of Technology.
