Sławomir Florek

Colonel (R) Sławomir Florek – an experienced officer of the Polish Armed Forces and an expert in reconnaissance, electronic warfare, and military security. Throughout his service, he held a number of high-responsibility positions within the structures of the Polish Armed Forces, including as Chief of Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare at the Land Forces Command, where he was responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing tactical and operational reconnaissance, as well as countering threats in cyberspace and the electromagnetic spectrum.

He is a graduate of the Military Academy of Mechanized Forces in Wrocław and the Joint Command and Staff College in the United Kingdom, and has completed numerous specialized courses both in Poland and abroad, including within NATO structures. During his military career, he contributed to the development of key doctrinal and strategic planning documents related to the modernization of the Polish Armed Forces and the advancement of reconnaissance and electronic warfare capabilities in line with NATO standards.

He has participated in international exercises and military operations, gaining practical experience in multinational environments. Following his retirement from active duty, he has continued to serve as a security and defense expert and adviser, collaborating with public institutions, think tanks, academic circles, and the defense industry.
