He has been associated with South Asia since the 1970s, first as a representative of the Polish shipbuilding industry in Bombay (currently Mumbai), Calcutta, Karachi, Rangoon and Colombo, and after 1992 as a commercial counselor in New Delhi (two terms of office). He also worked at the Polish Embassy in Washington (2010). Until 2010, member of the editorial board of the quarterly “Sprawa Polityczne”. Currently, he is a member of the editorial board of the quarterly “Rambler”.
