Fourth Meeting of the National Security Industrial Club Focused on the Future of European Defence

On April 16, 2025, the fourth meeting of the participants and partners of the National Security Industrial Club (KPBN) took place, titled “White Paper on European Defence and the ReArm Europe/Readiness 2030 Plan – Implications for the Polish Defence Industry.”
The aim of the event was to discuss the White Paper on the future of European defence, published on March 19 by the European Commission and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, as well as to identify the opportunities and challenges it presents for the Polish defence industry.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of National Defence, the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), as well as key companies from the defence sector such as WB Group and Niewiadów Group, along with experts specializing in national defence issues.
The debate was opened by Zbigniew Pisarski, President of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, who provided the context and significance of the debate’s topic. The discussion was moderated by Aleksander Sala, Secretary General of the National Security Industrial Club.
The meeting aimed to address questions regarding Poland’s potential role as a regional defence leader in Europe, possible benefits for the domestic defence industry, and the importance of European investments in its development.
The substantive partner of the meeting was Accenture, while the law firm Wardyński & Partners served as the legal partner of the debate.
