A specialist in Eastern affairs, he holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Warsaw, where he completed a five-year, specialised programme in Eastern Studies. His academic research focused on Poland’s Eastern policy and Polish-Russian relations. He previously served as Executive Director of the European Academy of Diplomacy (2022–2025) and was affiliated with the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw.

Author of a series of high-profile interviews, including with former Polish President Aleksander Kwaśniewski. Dariusz Bilski has taken part in international training and development programmes run by institutions such as the Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW), the Jagiellonian Club, and the Warsaw Rising Museum.

His professional interests include political history and international relations. A passionate football enthusiast, he also holds a UEFA C coaching licence.
