Olga Jastrzębska

PhD in political science. Researcher, author of many publications on the post-Soviet space and the policy of the Russian Federation under the rule of President Vladimir Putin.

A graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław in the field of European Studies and the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław in the field of Law. Olga Jastrzębska defended her doctoral dissertation on the importance of space in the process of shaping Russia’s superpower position in 2021 at the University of Wrocław. Active researcher, author of many publications on the post-Soviet space and the policy of the Russian Federation under the rule of President Vladimir Putin. Scholarship holder of the Erasmus Mundus Multic program (a three-month research stay at the All-Russian Federal University of Law in St. Petersburg) and the Erasmus Plus program (a one-year research stay at the University of Tartu). An experienced teacher (she taught classes at the University of Wrocław, including the author’s subject “Ukraine and Belarus in international relations”), currently cooperating with private universities. Winner of the Estophilus grant competition organized by the Republic of Estonia.
