Karolina Pawlik holds an MA in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London, with a focus on European affairs and energy policy. She has gained professional experience in public administration and diplomacy, both in Poland and abroad.
She worked at the British Embassy in Warsaw, serving as Key Account Manager for the energy sector in the Department for International Trade, and later as an EU Policy Officer in the political section. In these roles, she was responsible for analyzing EU policies, supporting British investors in Poland, and fostering bilateral relations.
In recent years, she has worked as a Political Adviser at the Royal Norwegian Embassy, where she produced political reports and policy analyses on current affairs, with a particular emphasis on the energy sector, climate policy, and the energy transition in Poland.
She is fluent in English, Norwegian, and Swedish, and has a basic command of Arabic. A member of the European International Studies Association (EISA), she is passionate about foreign policy, energy security, and Nordic–European cooperation.
