He studied at the University of Southampton in Great Britain. His professional experience covers both the Polish and foreign defense sector, non-governmental organizations and industry media. He is the author of the first scientific monograph in Poland on the European Defense Agency and a comprehensive report on new EU initiatives in the defense sector – EDF, PESCO and CARD.
