Monika Grotkowska

Graduate of Master’s studies at the Military University of Technology and the War Studies University, with a background in human resource management, administration, and cybernetics. She has knowledge in the field of administration digitization and the impact of technology on organizational effectiveness.

Thanks to a student internship abroad as part of the Erasmus program and work in the HR department of one of the largest factories in Turkey, she gained practical knowledge that contributed to writing her Master’s thesis, which analyzed leadership styles in Poland and Turkey, focusing on the impact of culture on personnel management. She also researched the development of e-services in public administration.

She is interested in improving organizational efficiency, modern management methods, and the use of technology in both the public sector and business. Since the beginning of her career, she has been involved in recruitment, gaining experience in managing processes related to employee sourcing and selection. Later, she joined administration, which also allowed her to refine her skills in work organization, document management, and implementing effective solutions supporting the daily functioning of the organization.
