In 2009-2011, he was responsible for communication between The Boeing Company in Poland and Michelin in Poland and the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). He has collaborated with with such institutions and companies as the European Parliament, the European Commission, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, the Polish Energy Group, Statoil, Energa, the Polish Wind Energy Association, RP Global, the Bank of China, XTB, Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa .
He supervised over 70 research and development projects with a total value of over PLN 2 billion. He was responsible for the creation of two R&D Centers and Innovation and Implementation Centers, supervised the R&D centers belonging to PGZ and the innovation and R&D departments in over 30 Group companies, managed the team responsible for creating the concept of a system for financing R&D projects in Poland for the defense of the state. He participated in winning the largest contract for the Polish defense industry in history, worth over PLN 4.5 billion.
Member of the Scientific Council at the Institute of Precision Mechanics nominated by the Minister of Development Mateusz Morawiecki. Co-chairman of the Priority Sector Defense in the Polish-American Innovation Program – PLUS IP at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
He is a graduate of Modern Diplomacy and Foreign Service. He graduated with honors from the Executive MBA at the University of Illinois (Best Consulting Project – PwC Award) and SERA 28 (European Session for Armaments Representatives) at the Institute of Higher Defense Studies (IHEDN) in Paris for defense management. He is PRINCE2 Practitioner certified.
