– expert in international affairs and development cooperation, he has been professionally involved with Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia for over 18 years. He is a graduate of International Relations and Management.
For over five years, he lived and worked in countries such as Georgia, Armenia, and Russia, and has implemented projects across a dozen countries in the region—including conflict zones and post-conflict settings. His experience spans field operations as well as analytical and advisory work.
He is a practitioner of development cooperation, humanitarian aid, social resilience building, and crisis management.
He specializes in cross-sector collaboration and creating partnerships at the intersection of public administration, local government, business, NGOs, and diplomacy. In his work, he focuses on supporting systemic reforms, co-creating public policies, and strengthening the institutional capacity of states in the region—particularly in the areas of development and resilience.
He is the co-author of initiatives recognized and awarded by organizations such as the OECD, the International Visegrad Fund, and the Ministry of Culture of Moldova. On a daily basis, he serves as the Executive Director of the HumanDoc Foundation and the Director of its representative office in Ukraine.
