With nearly 20 years of experience in project management, event organization, and cross-sector collaboration with corporate and institutional partners, she has built her professional background by delivering complex initiatives for international corporations, particularly within the tech sector.

As Director of the Operations Department at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, she leads the team responsible for key operational areas, including human resources management, administrative and operational processes, and organizational development.

She also serves as Head of the Organizing Committee for the Warsaw Security Forum, one of Europe’s premier international security conferences. She brings extensive experience in executing high-level international conferences and summits featuring government officials, leaders of international organizations, diplomats, and senior business executives.

In her work, she combines a strategic management approach with hands-on operational expertise, focusing on building high-performing teams, optimizing processes, and executing complex projects effectively.
