The Economy and Energy Programme is an answer to the growing need to develop a strategic vision of Polish economic development, the modernisation of critical infrastructure as well as stable supply of energy resources to Poland. Research of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation in this programme is predominantly focused on analysis of current trends in the world economy, the euro crisis, energy security, as well as on the challenges and international implications regarding these issues.

Coordinator of the Cybersecurity Programme is Ms. Patrycja Chomicka (, tel. +48 22 378 11 95)

It is our pleasure to announce that Casimir Pulaski Foundation has launched project “Energy security and effective strategic communication the civil and governmental actors: V4+Ukraine”. The main objective of the project is to contribute to building the communication bridge between civil and governmental actors as well as strengthening the capacity of interactions between stakeholders in the case of an energy crisis. The research will be focused on enhancing communication between mentioned institutions on the national and regional levels.
The first phase of the project is to define the shortcomings in the strategic communication practices between governmental and civil actors regarding their building capacity to interact in the case of energy crisis between multi-stakeholder (government, a private sector, and civil society). The second phase will be focused on solutions and recommendations finding based on the existing good practices in V4 states and Ukraine.
The project will last for a year and will consist of three roundtables in Warsaw, Kiev, and Bratislava, and will culminate with critical infrastructure security simulation presented as a side event during Warsaw Security Forum 2018 in October 2018.
The project has the financial support of the International Visegrad Fund and is carried out with partner organizations from V4 states and Ukraine: Research Center of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association from Slovakia, Centre for Global Studies “Strategy XXI” from Ukraine, KNO Česko, spol. s r.o. from Czech Republic, and Center for Fair Political Analysis from Hungary.
