Seminar “Energy crisis management: decision-makers and civil society”
On the 24th of May 2018 Casimir Pulaski Foundation and Research Center of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association will host a roundtable discussion regarding energy crisis communication titled “Energy crisis management: decision-makers and civil society”.
During the event, experts from Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Poland will present a cross-border evaluation of results of deep interviews they have conducted with decision-makers and stakeholders in their states. Participants of the project from Slovakia and Poland will introduce the structure of energy crisis communication in their countries, as well as a framework of the energy crisis communication between experts. Additionally, the meeting’s participants will discuss, issues with the information policy of each state.
The roundtable will be hosted in the International Visegrad Fund’s office in Bratislava between 9:00 am and 5 pm and will include a presentation of the reports by experts from each state and discussions.
The roundtable is a part of the “Energy security and effective strategic communication of civil and governmental actors: V4+Ukraine” project, carried out in cooperation with the International Visegrad Fund and partner organizations from V4 states and Ukraine: Research Center of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association from Slovakia, Centre for Global Studies “Strategy XXI” from Ukraine, KNO Česko, spol. s r.o. from Czech Republic, and Center for Fair Political Analysis from Hungary.
