Mitigating the effects of the energy crisis in Ukraine opens up new areas of cooperation with Poland. Ukraine, affected by the destruction of its energy infrastructure and limited access to raw materials, requires immediate action to ensure energy and heat supplies. Poland, with its surplus coal and components (subassemblies) for power plants, can assist Ukraine in supplying raw materials and equipment. Exporting components and parts from Polish power plants could provide a solution to Ukraine’s problems with maintaining production capacity. Potential Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the energy sector would offer the potential to mitigate the effects of the energy crisis in Ukraine. Utilizing Polish resources and available components and parts from power plants will not only help accelerate the reconstruction of Ukrainian infrastructure but also strengthen bilateral relations and contribute to increased regional stability.
