Mr. Pisarski is a political analyst, foreign and security policy media commentator, lecturer and social entrepreneur. He is founder and President of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation.

Prof. Katarzyna Pisarska is one of the four co-founders of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation and since 2005 serves as Chairwoman of the Foundation Council. Between 2015-2020, she was the Program Director of CFP’s flagshig event – the Warsaw Security Forum, and since 2021 she serves as Co-Chair of the event.

Official of polish intelligence and security services, diplomat, colonel, such as the Office for State Protection (UOP), the Internal Security Agency (ABW) and the Foreign Intelligence Agency (AW). In 2016 he was the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Agency of the Republic of Poland.

Tomasz Smura, PhD, is a graduate of the Institute of International Relations at Warsaw University and Director of Research Office at the CPF.
Specialist journalist on defence industry, military issues and technology. He graduated from the Faculty of History (MA) and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science (post-graduate studies) of the University of Warsaw.
