Polish Arms Industry and Defence Procurement System – Implementation of the Armed Forces Modernization Plan

The analysis of the economic and legal factors conducted in the report proved the current defence procurement system in Poland does not ensure involvement of the Polish industry in implementation of the Armed Forces Modernization Plan. According to the authors improvement of plans, coordinations of orders as well legal changes in terms of procurement are necessary in order to increase capabilities of the Polish companies in the Armed Forces modernization programmes.
