The Pulaski Foundation Foreign Policy and European Integration Program analyses current developments, as well as long-term trends in international politics – particularly those that have a direct impact on the security of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
The program’s research focuses on issues of key importance for regional security, such as strengthening of Transatlantic relations, deepening of European Integration, as well as deterring a resurgent Russia. In addition, our experts provide in-depth analysis on China, the Middle East, East Asia, and South-Eastern Europe amongst others.
Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the Global Affairs Program has also been running a special component “Advocacy for Ukrainian Victory.” This analytical component supports the international advocacy efforts regarding: a) providing Ukraine with military assistance and long-term security guarantees; b) preparing a roadmap to Ukrainian recovery; c) demanding accountability for Russian war crimes.
Overall, the program activities support the idea of the CEE region as a constructive and credible group of countries with an ambition to co-create policies of the European Union and NATO.
